PERMANENTLY CLOSED at this location on John R Road near 13 mile Rd. I found them via a Google search for supplies. Came to the store I found on the Google map and found a LOCATION FOR LEASE Sign in the window as seen in the pic I posted. Would have saved me time if the Google map was updated!! No knowledge if they moved or are still in business ??? Landlords should allow forward address to be posted .

I had a damaged online order show up. I immediately emailed. I didn't get a response. So I called the next day and man what a great response. They asked what the issue was and asked for documentation of the damaged product and agreed to send a replacement. In this day and age when someone doesn't reply to your email don't give up and rip em. Call and explain that it's frustrating and let the business rectify the issue. You have my business George.

I had the displeasure of speaking with George when assisting one of his clients. Without going deep into unnecessary details, we had a minor issue in regards to payment. We had sorted it out after a few minutes. However, half an hour afterwards, George went out of his way to call the establishment I was assisting his client at and began berating me and the services I provided (despite my best efforts to make the process easy for everyone involved.) He told me that I had an ego, that I made fun of him for a mistake, that it was clear to him I never had a father in my life, and that I need to find Jesus in my life. Needles to say, it didn't leave a good mark on my image of him. Being a business owner myself, If this is how he treats all of his clients and customers, I'm not surprised that his business hasn't grown past two stores in nearly 15 years of operation.

I love George and the rest of his crew. They are always super informative and helpful in a way that is very rarely seen another establishments🤩 would highly recommend them. He will make you feel like he's known you for years he's got an amazing personality and it's contagious as the rest of his staff are the same. They have a wide variety of nutrients and products and very reasonable rates. I will never go anywhere else unless I absolutely had no choice.p

Great place with great selection. Prices are average. The staff is awesome especially the owner George I had an issue with 400$ in merchandise and was not able to make it back for 7 months. When I did the situation was rectified with no issues at all. I didn't even have my receipt. But due to Georges high intelligence he remembered when I visited the store. I've been to every place around and some places just don't give a f*#× especially HGS on Auburn I've made orders there which they did not make the order at all. Also some items they did not know what I was talking about and said they did not make the stuff. Also they talked down about me after I left because they didn't know I knew another shopper there. Which also I heard them talk down about others when I visited it the first time. Edenz is always willing to help no matter what. And they will share their knowledge and willing to converse with others. Which makes them smarter and smarter every day. They will make you feel like family. So if you want to go to one of the best stores in Michigan with the best staff go to Edenz. They will treat you like family
